
Pack Run 2024! Thank You PALS for another fantastic Pack Run!










4th and 5th graders attended the Okay to Say presentation where they learned internet safety and the power of their words and to use them to be kind and uplifting.

Our 7th grade students had their September class dojo celebration this morning. Our top earners enjoyed donuts from Uncle John's and the entire class enjoyed free time outdoors.




Celebrating our sixth graders’ behavior with how many Class Dojo points they earned in September! Top five earned a certificate and a candy bar. The entire sixth grade earned gym time and games.








P.A.L.S. Pack Run October 4th!



Another awesome Wolfpack Wednesday at the ECEC! We celebrate our new Pups of the Pack with hallway dancing, and an award ceremony with our friend Wolfie. Then, our new and old Pups of the Pack enjoyed lunch together at a special table with a special treat. PBIS is sweet here at the ECEC!








Every morning a member of our Student Council shares our school announcements over the PA system. Today, the announcements were brought to us by Joey Beckwith. Thank you, to all the Student Council members for their continued involvement in our school community.

Our 8th grade students are reviewing what they have learned about the layers of the Earth with sidewalk chalk.



We had a great start to the school year here at LMS! It was fantastic to see the classrooms and hallways bustling with student activities!





The 8th-grade class took a trip to Mackinac Island today to celebrate the end of their middle school career. Everyone had a great time taking a ferry ride under the bridge, touring the island, shopping, and eating!

8th grade STEM students learned how to use navigational compasses to write and follow directions at McClintock park this week.




The 8th graders expanded their career explorations by participating in Reality Store, which is essentially The Game of Life.
We also had special guest speakers to talk about the county career tech programs, owning a small business, finance, resume building and interview skills.







8th grade Earth Science students completing the "Cookie Mining Lab" to simulate the environmental impacts of coal mining. Students are focusing on human impacts on the environment in this unit.




On Tuesday our 8th grade Earth Science students learned more about weather, climate, and climate change from News 10 Meteorologist Darrin Rockcole. The students also learned about the career paths within meteorology.
